I've followed the Sun 386i Advanced Administration manual step by step carefully. However, I just cannot make it work. Whenever I dial in, the modem picked the phone up, get connected, and hanged. The Sun 386i knew somebody try to login, I can see the message on the control window. However, I cannot get the login messages on the remote terminal. All I have got is a bunch of strange characters. I tried all combination of speed and parity settings, but of no use. After 30-40 sec. the line dropped. Any suggestions or hints will be most appreciated! Thanks in advance. -- Wen-Hwa
