The VAX is running Ultrix 3.0, presently served by a MicroVAX II. I assume the hard part is getting the machine booted, since the rest of it is just standard NFS. I expect that Sun and possibly DEC has an unbundled software product to do this, but I am trying to do it fast and cheap.
