Is there some reason that biod and nfsd never seem to get swapped out?
I've got a 3/460 running 4.1, and a 3/260 running 4.0.3, and ps axlww
always shows all the (biod) and (nfsd) processes as status I, not IW, even
after running huge processes that force practically everything else to be
swapped out.  Are they locked in core somehow?  (That doesn't seem right.)
