How does one control where a tool's window comes up in Sunview, when the
tool is invoked from the csh prompt in a cmdtool or shelltool window?
I.e. I'm NOT talking about the default window positions in the .suntools
file.  The particular tool is textedit.  As it is, part of the window is
off the screen when textedit is invoked.

Configuration: Sun 3/50, running SunOS 4.1.
