If it is still being published, buy a copy of Portable 100. They'll
have ads for the RAM upgrade. The trouble is, there is *no* chip
that matches the pinout on the sockets in the 100. The Tandy part
was 4 chips surface mounted on a miniature PC board. 

Non-Tandy upgrades may cost as much as $25 per 8k.
