Perimos makes a DSP TRAM with a 56001 DSP, called the DTM 560,
with the following data:

DSP:              Motorola DSP56001, 20 MHz
Memory:           (Transputer) 64 KBytes SRAM, 0 or 1 WS
                  (DSP) 96 KBytes SRAM, 0 or 1 WS, optionally 384 KBytes
