I have placed the Unix Occam compiler on the St. Olaf ftp server.  The
distribution is a compressed tar immage called <unix_occam.tar.Z> in the
directory <pub/unix_occam/>.  You can access it via anonymous ftp to
nic.stolaf.edu (120.71.128.8).  Hope this helps folks.
