Okay.  I'll try to do this right this time.

I have a color Sun 3/110 running X11R4.  When I use FrameMaker, the
various control panels, menus, etc., default to the Motif standard
black type on blue background.  (Why this is the default is beyond
me.) This causes beaucoup eyestrain.  Can someone tell me what I
diddle to change this to a nice pastel color?  Needless to say, I am
not an X-person.  How come Frame doesn't provide a widget to adjust
these things?
