For the 240x216 dpi fonts, you need the FX fonts. For the CGA graphics, you can use any of the fonts provided that you tell dviscr which ones to use. Have a look at the V.BAT file. This calls dviscr with the parameter file LJ.CNF. Change this to FX.CNF, and dviscr will use the same ones as your printer. Add the options /ox3 /oy2 and the displayed characters will be at a smaller size. > does terminator have the sizes I need, and if not, who does?
