We are trying to design a course on ``time-varying phenomena''
to be offered to Computer Science majors at the sophomore/junior 
level. Students are assumed to have had three semesters of calculus,
but no linear algebra.

We would like to hear recommendations about topics to be covered
and relevant textbooks.
