Does anyone know if there are xlf options to selectively disable the
optimizations of the XL Fortran compiler?  I know that hidden options
exist - "-qhslft" or "-qopt=3" - so I wonder if there are undocumented
others that control optimizer actions.  I want to inhibit the removal
of dead code so that I can run my version of the Livermore Loops.
