I am trying to get the characters to display properly on vt100 and 
console terminals with the ACCELL dbms. Could someone please send
me the list of all video attributes that tell the terminal to blink
the characters, reverse highlight characters, change colors, etc.
For example: <ESC>[2J will clear the screen, <ESC>[1m display bold
characters, etc. (Underline characters?? Is it possible?)
