I have successfully patched the latest release of sps to work on DEC 3100
and Ultrix 4.n (which it didn't).  I'll post my diffs in alt.sources, since
sps was posted in that group.

In the course of doing the port, I was left with one nagging question; the
in-core proc table contains lots of entries with the p_stat field == SIDL
and p_pid == 0, which should be ignored.  But in my opinion the p_stat field
should really be 0 in that case.  Does anyone know why this is not the case?
