Just a quick note to let everyone know that the new official release
of WinQVT has just arrived here at cica.cica.indiana.edu
[129.79.20.22].  The file, WNQVT451.ZIP, is located in the
/pub/pc/win3/util subdirectory.

In addition to bug fixes, especially those associated with Screen
Peace and background file transfers, many new features have been
added.

Thanks to Pam Arnold (76676.1420@compuserve.com) at QPC Software
for keeping cica's archive informed and up-to-date with regard to
WinQVT.  QPC Software monitors this newsgroup--so the comments made
here help shape future releases of WinQVT.
