The Release notes for 4.51 claim that on exit if the NO is selected in
the dialogue box that pops up, WINQVT will be exited but the DTR won't drop
letting the modem stay connected . I'm using 386/enhanced mode and when
I select NO or YES the modem is immediatly chopped off. Have I set something
up wrong or is there a bug?
