I am installing the program and have a few questions.  I am
using a Cabletron E1000 Ethernet card using their csipd_e
driver.  I have set up the .RC file and only have one question
about it.  What is the packet driver interrupt vector?  Is
this the base address of the card?

At this point when I start the program I get a network
initialization error.  I don't have my attachment to the
network backbone yet.  Would this cause the error?  I am 
trying to get the software ready for when I am connected.
