I am wondering the following:
   Is there some commercial product which will permit variable length
   datafiles (and subsequent accessing) so that a Windows program can
   be written.  Stated another way, does anyone know of any products
   Which will permit variable length database files to be created and used
   for the Windows environment?

I am thinking about creating a question and answer type of program which 
has questions of varying length, etc.. ?
