Okay, I tried email, but never got a response, so...

Is there anywhere a person can get a copy of the diffs for Roell's new
256 color server, by uucp or email?  I don't really have a need to get
the entire distribution again, which is what it seemed like the article
implied was available by ftp.  I also do not have ftp access, so the
only method listed for retrieving it is immediately ruled out.
