We are being eaten alive by our XVT/Motif executables.  1.3 MEG for a
Hello World program!

We are going to make the XVT libraries shared, as we have the source.
Two questions concerning the Motif libraries on Sun Sparcstations:

Environment: SunOS Release 4.1_PSR_A (GENERIC) #1
$ ls -l
total 1592
-r--r--r--  1 tools      149678 Nov  1 11:19 libMrm.a
-r--r--r--  1 tools     1133446 Nov  1 11:20 libXm.a
-r--r--r--  1 tools      309284 Nov  1 11:21 libXt.a

1.  Is it possible to make these shared libraries?

2.  Where can we purchase the source for Motif? What is the cost?
