THE CHARIOT is a vehicle licensed through the Department of Motor 
Vehicles as a motorcycle and may be a useful mode of transportation for 
wheelchair users.  THE CHARIOT can be entered through the seat of the 
vehicle by guiding the wheelchair up a small ramp.  No transferring 
is necessary.  THE CHARIOT is equipped with automatic transmission and 
hand controls, and travels up to 40 miles per hour.  For information
