he has on educational journals for disabled education. I have a copy of it 
and it is a wonder! You may also ask him for information about the toher
databases he has for disability related issues. he is the information
director of LINC resources in Columbus Ohio. Tell him Tzipporah referred
you na dhe will open up alot... he is one of my jewels of an information
people. And also ask about the paper he write for the UN about disbaled
kids and telecom. It is THE paper on the subject for the world.
