This reminds me of my past fun with spoonerisms, which are created by taking a multi-word expression and exchanging parts (usually beginnings) of words. Things like "griscuits and bavy" for "biscuits and gravy," etc. Thus, for instance, some of us may one day encounter a tactile stubway trip, a tilefinding path, or a guide dog who much prefers a still wairstay to an escalator.
