Some time ago James Womack indicated that the "good people at IBM"
had just "loaned" him "the entire hardware and software for their
PhoneCommunicator."  I have several questions in search of answers
regarding that neat trick.

Who did you talk to at IBM?  How did you get them to "loan" you
a fairly expensive proprietary product like their Phone-Communicator?
Have you managed to get the system up and running yet?  If so, what
do you think of it?
