I picked up a Microsoft Windows NNTP based news reader a while back from
cica.cica.indiana.edu. It is written by Mark Riordan.  The package name  
is  WINVN.zip, and at that time it was in directory /pub/pc/win3.
I thought it was a pretty nice looking one, though the Poster section of
the code had not yet been completed.
