The first is called Samosa and the second is was given to us mainly at breakfast and was pronounced-- Mendazzi. I'm not too sure on the spelling. It was served either in a ball or as a triangle, and looked much like the batter for funnel cakes. I would love to be able to make these if a recipe exists. Thanks!
