I've been checking in regularly but havn't seen any response from you. I 
replied to your new rating program questions in #361. That is the info as 
I understand it. Headquarters just put out some totally contradictory 
information. The S&T chairman knew nothing about what they wrote and had 
no idea where they got their information, they must have made it up. 
Anyway, please send a message when you see this.
