Lines: 23 Has anyone had any success in reducing the incredibly high amount of RF radiated from their Grappler box? My housemate has one hooked to a Mac and the thing makes most of the frequencies in my scanner and ham equipment useless, throwing birdies out all over the place. I tore it apart with the intent of hanging capacitors everywhere, but they actually bothered to do some filtering at the factory. I added a 0.047uF across the output terminals of the 7805 voltage regulator for good measure, but the source of the interference is the execution of the on-board Z8's program. Please email responses since my feed and my news partition don't feel well. The clock starts ticking now; if there is no cure, I'm tempted to Grapple the thing into the ocean! -- John Boteler bote@csense {uunet | ka3ovk}!media!csense!bote SkinnyDipper's Hotline: 703 241 BARE | VOICE only, Touch-Tone(TM) signalling
