Just out of curiosity (and you don't HAVE to tell me, if it's illegal
to do so), how do those cable-TV descramblers work?  I just got one,
and noticed it took a few minutes after it was plugged in before the
picture was normal.  It seemed to have lost it's horizontal sync until
it warmed up.  So, I'm curious...  BTW, if you have plans, youi can
include 'em.  Thanks in advance.
