Steve, I am anxiously awaiting the "punchline!" Let me ask a few questions, then. 1. Is the official JW stance that salvation is found in Christ alone? 2. Can a JW know FOR CERTAIN while here on earth that he/she has salvation? (Cf. 1 John 5:13) 3. Are good works necessary for salvation? 4. If salvation is based on Christ's sacrifice ALONE, then why are many JWs so concerned with good works? Thanks in advance for considering these questions.
