How does one define the term "security reasons" in Islam? When is it justifiable to cause hardship in the name of "security reasons". Is it permitted to do such things (expulsion) in order to *prevent* bloodshed? Who decides, in an Islamic state, whether the act is permitted? Is there a sitting of some supreme court? -- ``A College degree is a right; not a privilege"
