28-Nov 4:44 UTC. Power has been restored in Montreal
                 and the psp, mmp, and epsp machines
                 are up. However, Winnipeg, Halifax and
				 Princeton circuits are still down due
				 to a damaged underground trunk cable
				 and clocking problems at Unitel's central
				 office in Montreal. Unitel is working
				 on the problems.
