I only have acces to 4.3BSD and MS-DOS so if it cannot run, or be modified to run on one of those, I cannot use it. Anyways, if you are in possesion of such a program, or know where I might get it, then please mail me as fast as possible. I am -working on-/-trying to make- a program that can simulate conversasion, ie if I give the program a string the program will parse this string and give me a response. This response must be as plausible as possible. EX: User Input : Hi! Program Response : Hi there. Very simple right ? Unfortunately I have absolutely no experience in this field. I have heard that such programs allready exist. The other day one of my friends mentioned a program called 'Eliza'. He sayed it behaves- responds almost like a psychologist. EX: User Input : Hi! Program Response : Why do you say 'Hi!' ? Allthough that (the psychology version) is not exactly what I have in mind, I would like to examine the source for such a program. If you want to know why I want it, and what I intend to use it for you are welcome to mail me. ___ Name: Stefan Krabbe .......(o o).......
