	SOPHIE III  : ELECTRONIC TROUBLE SHOOTING PACKAGE

	I wish to obtain  the  mentioned package if it is available
	in public domain or eleswhere !

	Are there any Univ/Groups/companies currently carrying out research
	in the field of " Intelligent Computer-Assisted Instruction "
	in the domain of  Electronics / Electromagnetics / Trouble-shooting.

	What sort of research projects are being currently undertaken in this
	domain ?

	Is there any ICAI software readily available in public net/market ?

	Has anyone ever done a survey of these packages to ascertain the
	reliability/effectiveness  etc .

	Being a novice to this area any advice/pointers/suggestions would be
	welcome !!!
