Hi, I've downloaded the "Scaled Conjugate Gradient.." paper but my
printer was unable to print the entire document.  It prints up to 
page 14 and then I get the following error message:

  invalidfont: Bad font or dictionary - offending command is findfont.

Can some one please help me with this.
