Hence this post, the gist of which is that tcltt v0.9 is available for anonymous ftp from prince.white.toronto.edu (aka 128.100.2.167 for the unfortunates without working nameservers) as /pub/muds/tcltt/tcltt0.9.shar (a 147K file). If you can't ftp and are interested in it, contact me and we'll work something out. What is tcltt? Tcltt is a tinytalk-like TinyMUD client that happens to be programmable in TCL. Tcltt should run on any BSD system, but has not yet been ported to a System V system (that's the big reason why this release is version 0.9, not 1.0). The tcltt shar does not include a copy of the TCL library; you will need to obtain a copy of that if you do not already have it. TCL is available from ucbvax.berkeley.edu or uunet.uu.net as /pub/tcl.tar.Z. -- "No warranties whatsoever -- we stoutly deny any possibility that this may actually compile to anything resembling working binaries on any given system." cks@white.toronto.edu ...!{utgpu,utzoo,watmath}!utcsri!white!cks Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
