I have a copy of the following programs : cleanp71.zip, scanv71.zip and
vshld71.zip. I got them from SIMTEL20 ( I was using batchftp).
I don't know how to upload programs to wuarchive or c.b.i.p. 
If someone send me the procedure, I will try to upload them to either 
wuarchive or c.b.i.p.
