hello, can anybody explain how does the Library of Congress make available
bibliographic information about all scientific books (old and new) of its own ?
I heard that CD-ROM are used but have no idea about the way they are available.
is there any kind of subscription or is it possible to buy CD-ROM on specific
subjects and periods ? how to get in touch with the Library ?
