I just wanted to say that I think this (and the rest of the cited article) was a very even-handed way for someone working for a vendor to defend their product without getting religious about it and causing more harm than good. On the net, at least, it is much nicer to see people from the various vendors (who may or may not be vendor representatives) honestly try to make things better rather than get into the "my product is better than your product" wars.
