's a dumb question, but I'm having a helluva time getting hold of 1-800-TELENET. I use PC Pursuit regularly, recently upgraded from 1200 to 2400 baud modem and am having trouble with PCP. When I call 2400 baud #, I connect okay (am using ProComm+) but hitting consecutive carriage returns yields no results. When connecting at 1200, I'd hit twice and get a prompt for terminal type and proceed from there. At 2400, I get no response from any input... occasionally after hitting 15-20 times I will finally get a response, sometimes not. Is there a trick to signing on at 2400 baud? All I want is a lil' @ on me screen, sigh. Danke, Jack Pettrey Severna Park, Md.
