On Prime, there are two very nice features..... 1.) there is a line number mode, that turns on line numbers (as a vertical window next to the beginning of each line), great for debugging. 2.) the set-up files (analagous to Emacs.rc), are compiled so they load up faster. This is one of two things Prime does a great job of (the other being their great Fortran compilers... oh yeah, and good DOC's). Is there any way I can get such features on MicroEmacs and Emacs on a SPARCstation???? Shawn E.
