We're setting up Ethernet connections around here and we wonder 
how people use emacs over the network, the problem being that
rlogin traps control-S and control-Q.

I was wondering if there is any solution to this problem that is
a little cleaner than changing all of the keymaps that use these
characters to accept different key sequences. And if that is what
I have to do, is there any "standard" way of doing this?
