Could someone tell me the ftp sites that have 'xfig' that can
work with both LATEX and troff. Actually, I need to install it in a
'openwindow'  environment rather than a xwindow env., and I am not
sure whether xfig  works fine in 'openwin' environment or not. 
Are there any other FREE drawing software (better than xfig) that can
be easily interfaced with Latex/troff ?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance
