Message-ID: <1990Dec6.144636.21701@ssd.kodak.com> Date: 6 Dec 90 14:46:36 GMT Sender: news@ssd.kodak.com Organization: Eastman Kodak Lines: 22 Originator: houwers@thompson I am trying to locate or get some information on a PostScript driver for the SunCore graphics package. Since SunCore is device independent (with the driver actually translating the world coordinates into device coordinates), code to draw on the screen would be exactly the same as code to "draw" on the printer, and the output would be the same. Does anyone have any pointers to something like this, or any suggestions on ways to do this? We have tried using a screendump, then printing that, but there is a problem with the image being scaled to fit the printer. This results in uneven pixel size, which creates some unwanted banding. Any suggestions? thanks, mike houwers ---------------------------- Michael Houwers Eastman Kodak, Rochester, NY houwers@ssd.kodak.com Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
