Can anyone point me towards a C++ version of the Eiffel `flat' utility (ie. a
filter that reads a class definition and writes a summary of all member
variables and functions, even those inherited, in one big class definition)?
One of my collegues has an aversion to browsers and wants to be able to refer
to a hardcopy document with this sort of information. We're using a large,
poorly documented third party class library and could really use some tools to
ease our learning curve.

For that matter, is there an ftp-able archive of C++ oriented tools that I
could browse (no pun) through?
