I find this a rather strange question. The command |$ help rtl smg$ shows entries for over 100 subroutines. If you're running VMS v4.x, these may not have been present in the online help--I don't recall. Some sample menu-oriented stuff was posted to vmsnet.sources a couple of weeks ago. It was in C. The 'curses' portion of the C Run-Time Library (VAXCRTL) is layered on top of SMG.
