I did the software and driving hardware for our very first electronic holography system using MVP forth, an effort that stalled for half a week while I tracked down and typed in the code for the Laxen Editor (or was it the Perry editor?). I can't abide using the line editor for real jobs, and only tolerate it barely for poking about! Lee Brotzman had a version of his Forth running on Apples- Lee, was it called UNI-FORTH? I got a demo version from him about five or six years ago. Worked just fine, but the project was well under way by then (read: out of money), so I was prevented from switching horses in mid stream, even though the horse I'd have switched to was better and going in the same direction... raybro Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
