Algorithms AS3 and AS27 in the Applied Statistics algorithms (i.e. the
journal A.S. from the Royal Statistical Society) both calculate the t-
distribution function.   They can be obtained from netlib in Australia or
statlib in the US.   Just send the message: 
   send 3 from apstat
   send 27 from apstat
to either:
   netlib@draci.cs.uow.edu.au   (Australia)
   statlib@lib.stat.cmu.edu     (USA)
