   Can anybody email me (a reference for) functional programs for
matrix manipulation?  E.g. transposition, multiplication etc.
Preferably in a form in which the matrices are represented by lists of
lists.
   My research involves static analysis of functional programs to
improve their store use efficiency.  I suspect a matrix manipulation
package would be a good application of the analyses.  Thanks.
