Does there exist a cross reference package that handles Pascal's scoping
rules?  I would enjoy using one that shows where a particular variable
is defined and then where *that* variable is used.  (i.e., I may have
32 'i' variables spread throughout, and would like to know where each of
those 32 variables [call them i-1..i-32] are used).
