I think I'm the guy you are talking about.  I have regular problems
with sending mail to att-ites. Ma insists on hiding everyone behind an
account on cbnews{a-z}.att.com, but cannot seem to reliably map those
pseudonyms to the real addresses of the people. Several att'ers wrote
me and asked ME to keep bitching, as they LIKE getting their mail ;_}

Recently (last two weeks) however, I also been getting uucp warnings
back indicating that machine x has not reached machine b with the last
n days. This even on usually reliable destinations such as
military@att.att.com. Maybe Ma forgot to pay her NJBell bill ;-}

In any case, the solution is to forward your problem to
postmaster@cbnews.att.com. He has been very nice about finding out real
addresses for people and sending stuff on its way. I only wish I did
not have to bother him 75% of the time.
